  Lilly Pulitzer: Avalon NJ What a shame, this location has so much potential yet lacking in customer service. I was unable to return two-week-old Lilly Pulitzer dresses purchased online to this brick and mortar location since it was over $300? I have been shopping Lilly for basically two decades so this inconvenience came as a surprise. I see it is a small location so maybe did not carry the styles I purchased but, I saw them there… So this store was unable to send my return on my behalf since I was missing that pen? I didn’t ask for the pen but when it came in the package delivered to my office the pen stayed on my desk (duh) why am I bringing a pen with me to the beach? I’ll continue to shop at Lilly Pulitzer but the lack of customer service at this location needs to be addresses, especially understanding how it is to home. I guess I’ll figure out how return my package via mail.
